On September 9, 2021, Byrna Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its anticipated earnings for the fiscal quarter ended August 31, 2021 and revised guidance for the same period and the full fiscal year. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
