12. SEGMENT AND GEOGRAPHICAL DISCLOSURES The Company does not provide separate segment reporting. The CEO, who is also the Chief Operating Decision Maker, evaluates the business as a single entity, which includes reviewing financial information and making business decisions based on the overall results of the business. As such, the Company's operations constitute a single operating segment and one reportable segment. The tables below summarize the Company's revenue for the three months ended February 29, 2020 and February 28, 2019, respectively by geographic region. Revenue:
Revenue of $148,580 for the three months February 29, 2020 is net of $140,089 ($44,390 US and $95,699 South Africa) returns from two customers related to revenues recognized during the year ended November 30, 2019. The associated inventory is saleable and will fulfill the Company's backlog of orders. |
