Bryan Scott Ganz

Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Ganz has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2016 and served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 1, 2019. He became the Company’s President effective July 13, 2018. Mr. Ganz brings more than 30 years of global business experience in sales management, manufacturing, new product design and development, as well as mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Ganz had been the founder, majority shareholder and a principal of Northeast Industrial Partners LLC, a consulting firm that owns and operates privately held businesses. In addition, he has been a principal in Scudder Bay Property Management LLC, a captive private REIT. Mr. Ganz has a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Leonard Elmore

Independent Director

Mr. Elmore has served as a member of our Board of Directors since December 2021. Mr. Elmore has been an NCAA Men’s Basketball television commentator for networks that include CBS Sports, ESPN, Fox Sports and the B1G Ten Network for over 30 years. He is a retired attorney with over 25 years experience. He is an experienced business leader and an educator whose professional experience includes ten years as a professional basketball player, serving as Senior Counsel with LeBoeuf Lamb et al and as a partner with the law firm of Dreier LLP. Mr. Elmore began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the King’s County (Brooklyn) District Attorney in New York City. Currently, Mr. Elmore is a Director on the Board of 1800Flowers.com, a leading online and telephonic gift and flower retailer. He began his service for 1800Flowers.com in October 2002. From February 2007 until February of 2020, Mr. Elmore served as a Director on the Board of Directors of Lee Enterprises, Inc. a newspaper publishing company. He currently chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee for the 1800Flowers.com Board of Directors and served on the Audit Committee for Lee Enterprises. Since August 2018, Mr. Elmore has served as Senior Lecturer in Discipline at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies Sports Management Program. Among his classes taught are Leadership and Management in the Business of Sports and Athlete Activism for Social Justice at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Len remains involved in public interest endeavors as Co-Chair of The Knight Commission (knightcommission.org), whose focus is to develop, promote and lead transformational change that prioritizes the education, health, safety and success of college athletes. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Shirley Povich Center for Sports Journalism at the University of Maryland College Park Merrill School of Journalism. Mr. Elmore received a B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1974 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1987.

Herbert Hughes

Lead Independent Director

Mr. Hughes has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2019. Mr. Hughes has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry as an advisor and leader of a diverse range of businesses. Since March 2017, Mr. Hughes has been the chief financial officer of Wormhole Labs, a technology company in augmented reality and gaming industry and serves on its board of directors. Mr. Hughes has also been a managing director of HHM Capital, since 2005, a financial institution which provides investment banking and advisory services to ultra-high net worth individuals and families. From March 2015 to June 2019, Mr. Hughes was the chief executive officer of Domino Sands, an oil service business. Mr. Hughes also served as the Head of Derivatives and Capital Allocation at Bass Brothers Investments from 1995 to 2003, Portfolio Manager at Weston Capital of Paloma Partners from 1991 to 1995, Partner at Paramount Capital Group from 1985-1991, and trader at Kidder Peabody from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Hughes received a B.A. in 1982 from Harvard University.

Chris Lavern Reed

Independent Director

Mr. Reed has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2020. He has been managing partner of Garcia Reed Investments, LLC, a real estate management entity, since April 2012. Mr. Reed has also served as an annuitant for the U.S. Department of State, overseeing classified investigations, since October 2018. From December 2016 to July 2018, Mr. Reed served as the special agent in charge and director of the United States Agency of International Development in the Office of the Inspector General (“USAID OIG”). Prior to his employment at the USAID OIG, Mr. Reed served with the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives. Mr. Reed is veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Reed holds a B.A. from Indiana University, a M.A., from Northern Arizona University and a M.B.A. from Champlain College. He also is a graduate of the Congressional Fellow Program from Georgetown University and the Executive Development Program from Columbia University.

Emily Rooney

Independent Director

Ms. Rooney has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2021. Rooney was host and executive editor of WGBH’s weekly Beat The Press program for 24 years, a media criticism program which has earned awards including two local Emmy’s, five National Press Club awards, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Bart Richards Award for media criticism. Simultaneously, Rooney was host and executive editor of Greater Boston, WGBH’s local issues and public affairs program for 18 years. During that time,Greater Boston was honored with several New England Emmys, Associated Press and Edward R. Murrow Awards for Best Public Affairs Program, and excellence in writing and commentary. Rooney has also received the Dennis Kauff Award for Excellence in Reporting, the Yankee Quill Award from the American Newspaper Society, Reporter of the Year Award from the Massachusetts Bar Association, and has been inducted into the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Rooney came to WGBH from the Fox Network in New York, where she oversaw political coverage, including the 1996 presidential primaries, national conventions, and presidential election. When she joined Fox in 1994, she was senior producer of Fox news productions, developing news programming for Fox and producing specials. Prior to Fox, Rooney was executive producer of ABC’s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings. Rooney is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and has honorary doctorates from UMass Boston and Westfield State.
