Security Devices Signs Letter-Of-Intent for Multi-Million Dollar Projectile Order
WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/14/11 -- Security Devices International Inc. (SDI) (OTCBB: SDEV) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a distributor that represents an unnamed Country to obtain a large number of SDI's less-than-lethal ammunition.
SDI and the end user Country will be testing the Company's ammunition in the coming quarters for assessment purposes. The test will take place at the production facility mentioned in the Company's press release dated April 12, 2011.
This LOI represents SDI's first step in entering the less-than-lethal marketplace.
